Need to get Food Safety Certified? This bi-weekly event is held at various libraries across the Gulf Coast to assist individuals in obtaining the ServSafe® Food Protection Managers Certification. The class is led by a certified instructor and proctor with over 14 years of experience. Rand Associates LLC typically offers this course for group clients at their establishments but also provides specialized small meetings for individuals.

About the Program:

The program offers comprehensive food safety training and exams for food service managers. Upon completion of the training and testing requirements, students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

Participant Limits:

Attendance at each meeting is limited to 4 participants per week. For groups of three or more, we recommend exploring our "Hosted Event" option or contacting us directly to arrange a customized schedule.

Cost:

The cost for courses and exams is $130.00 per person, payable on the day of the meeting by cash or check. For your convenience, we also accept credit card payments and a link for payment can be provided via email.

Requirements:

All participants must have an electronic device capable of connecting to the internet. We use the local library's internet connection, so devices such as phones, laptops, or tablets are suitable. The exam is proctored and delivered digitally, allowing participants to access their certificate on the same day if all requirements are met.

Instructor:

Randy possesses extensive expertise in personality profiling, particularly in the areas of employee communication, management-to-employee dynamics, and organizational leadership interactions.

He holds certifications as a trainer for Everything DiSC™, The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, and ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Instructor. With over 25 years of experience in adult, corporate, and continuing education, Randy is frequently invited to speak at development conferences and other professional associations.
